  • Chocolate, hazlenut and orange porridge. Deliciously decadent, but surprisingly healthy as it is made using cocoa and chopped dates. It couldn't be easier to make and a batch lasts for two weeks. Recipe online. @quakeroatsuk #showusyouroats
  • Overnight vanilla and mango over night oats with nutty granola. Mangoes make me so happy and make me feel like I'm on holiday. #showusyouroats
  • I made carrot cake porridge this morning to help me get through the week. It's made with oats, oat milk, grated carrots, chopped nuts, raisins, mixed seeds, cinnamon, cardamon, ginger and a little honey. @quakeroatsuk #showusyouroats
  • My Sourdough course has finished and I couldn't be happier. I've learnt so much and can't wait to try and recreate some of these bakes at home. I can't recommend the team @breadaheadbakery more. I've done a few cooking classes but this one was in another league. I've lost count of how many things I've made and I'm going to spend the next week feeding my friends all the bread :)
  • Day #3 first attempt at Sourdough crossiants.
  • Day #2 of Sourdough School. So so so much bread and pizza :) @breadaheadbakery
